- 1.1 Enjoy a 30-day commission-free period as a new vendor. During this time, no commission will be charged on sales.

- 1.3 Any updates to commission rates will be notified in writing, at least 15 days in advance.
2. Authenticity of Products
- 2.1 (For Vendors) Vendors are required to deliver genuine, original, and high-quality products. The sale of counterfeit or fake goods is strictly prohibited.
- 2.2 Random product verification checks may be conducted by KPK Collection to ensure quality standards.
- 2.3 (For Customers) Customers are entitled to authentic products. In cases of counterfeit or substandard goods, KPK Collection will take appropriate measures, including refunds or replacements.
3. Registration and Documentation (For Vendors)
- 3.1 Vendors must provide accurate and valid documentation at the time of registration, including:
- Government-issued ID.
- Business registration (if applicable).
- Tax identification number(s).
- 3.2 Additional documents may be requested for verification at any time.
- 3.3 Non-compliance or submission of false information will result in immediate account suspension.
4. Roles and Responsibilities
4.1 Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are expected to:
- Provide accurate product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.
- Ensure timely and reliable shipping, maintaining high customer service standards.
- Operate as legitimate businesses and comply with local, national, and international laws.
- Avoid fraudulent practices, misrepresentation, or unethical behavior, which may lead to account suspension or termination.
4.2 Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate shipping details and contact information.
- Use the platform responsibly, adhering to all applicable laws and platform policies.
5. Payment and Refunds
5.1 Vendor Payments
- Sales revenue will be disbursed according to the agreed payout schedule (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly).
- KPK Collection reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of disputes, complaints, or policy violations.
- Vendors are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on their earnings.
5.2 Customer Refunds
- Refunds are available for defective, counterfeit, or incorrect products.
- Refunds will be processed promptly after verifying the returned item’s condition.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Vendor Shipping Standards
- Vendors must provide reliable shipping services and share accurate tracking details with customers.
- Products must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
6.2 Customer Responsibilities
- Customers should ensure availability to receive deliveries and report any issues promptly.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Customer Protection
- 7.1 Vendors must align with KPK Collection’s Customer Protection Standards.
- 7.2 Costs for returns related to defects or counterfeit claims will be borne by the vendor.
- 7.3 Refunds or replacements will be processed promptly after inspecting the returned product.
8. Intellectual Property Compliance
- Vendors must avoid listing products that infringe on intellectual property rights (e.g., copyrights, trademarks, patents).
- Violations may result in:
- Removal of infringing listings.
- Legal consequences or fines.
- Account suspension or termination.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
9.1 For Vendors
KPK Collection reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts in cases of:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Sale of counterfeit or substandard products.
- Non-compliance with payment or shipping obligations.
9.2 For Customers
Customer accounts may be restricted or suspended for:
- Fraudulent transactions or misuse of the platform.
- Violation of platform policies.
10. Dispute Resolution
- 10.1 Vendors and customers are encouraged to resolve disputes through mutual communication.
